I run casually and I play ultimate, soccer, ice/roller-skate and bike for a change of pace and to keep the repetitive strain injuries away.

3mi easy - around 9min/mi at 144bpm- I was really slow for the first couple of days back, probably the jetlag and elevation change. Now I'm getting closer to where I was before I left.
5mi easy - Ran under the commuter train today! (It's short and moves fast so there is only about a 3s window.) pace varied from 8:10 to 9.
