| 3 mi - 8:15 pace - If I run slower than about 9:00min/mile I have more stability issues/pain, but I'm not strong enough to do it everyday yet, so I'm basically alternating what feels like tempo runs and skating. The skating seems to help build all those random support muscles more than resistence band work was doing.

| Couldn't run in my pures or my torins, due to foot issues, but made it 2 miles in the asics without issues. The extra support takes weight off of the outside of my foot.

Saw a dog foaming at the mouth... it was acting very friendly, but yeah... still walked until someone else was between me and it.

| Two weeks until the 6 month mark since I tore my hamstring! It isn't much, but I figure that doing really short runs like these is the only way I'm going to get back into it without aggravating it like last month. Seems so stupid that I can't even do three miles and run the next day. I'm trying to not go crazy, but it's really frustrating that my 'workouts' now consist of warming up and cooling down.
