Two weeks until the 6 month mark since I tore my hamstring! It isn't much, but I figure that doing really short runs like these is the only way I'm going to get back into it without aggravating it like last month. Seems so stupid that I can't even do three miles and run the next day. I'm trying to not go crazy, but it's really frustrating that my 'workouts' now consist of warming up and cooling down.
