| First time playing ultimate since the hamstring tear. Probably shouldn't have played with the advanced pickup game, but I managed to not work too hard. A little of complaint from the hamstring at first, but then it did OK. Played for about an hour, so I'm guessing I ran a couple of miles total.

| Decided to do the "Bench to 10K" to maybe help ease back in without too much strain on the hamstring. So today was 4x(10min run/1 min walk). Close to a 9min pace, so around 1.1 miles per repetition, plus walk distance.
PM - Ran a mile or so to go pick up my car before the shop closed. Hamstring didn't love it, feels a little tender.
