it's a terrible excuse, but I didn't run today because I missed lunch and in general didn't have much to eat. or rather, because of those things I was feeling weak and didn't see a run doing much more than hurt me. 

on a related note, I realized today that I must have lost a ton of weight when I was sick last week, because I weighed myself and I'm below 120. And it's no wonder why I haven't been feeling too well since then. I mean, dropping 7+ lbs in a week may not be too bad for some people, but those people aren't 5'9" and starting somewhere around 127 lbs.

I just came across your blog title and realized that you took a quote from perhaps one of the best lines in animated movie history. My kids love it. The first thing they said when my son got his mission call to Peru was, "That's where Cuzco lives!" :-) Nice run, too.
