it's a terrible excuse, but I didn't run today because I missed lunch and in general didn't have much to eat. or rather, because of those things I was feeling weak and didn't see a run doing much more than hurt me. on a related note, I realized today that I must have lost a ton of weight when I was sick last week, because I weighed myself and I'm below 120. And it's no wonder why I haven't been feeling too well since then. I mean, dropping 7+ lbs in a week may not be too bad for some people, but those people aren't 5'9" and starting somewhere around 127 lbs. |
