Speedwork - 3x400 warmup, followed by what was supposed to be 2x400m, 5x200m, 10x50m - after the 400s (75 pace) and 3 of the 200s (36 pace) I was lightheaded and weaving and would have puked if I could, which made me realize that it was noon and I hadn't eaten in 20ish hours... so i just jogged back.
