30 min "long" run at 8min/mile pace - The plan is to add 5 minutes a week until I run out of trail, and then reevaluate. Also, 8min/miles is faster than I expected, since my morning easy runs have been around 8:30~45. I'm attributing it to my mind and body being more awake running in the afternoon, and perhaps a little bit because I did so much sprinting yesterday. (Am I the only one who seems to naturally run a little faster than usual on easy runs the day after speedwork?)
