8:00 (warm-up), 7:27, 8:50 (I forgot to stop the clock when I got to the Rosenbuch Museum and stopped for water and did some pushups...), 7:49, 4:15 (.57 @ 7:27 pace), 3:04 (.36 @ 8:33 pace - cool down)
it is still kind of uncomfortable, but not to the point that I can procrastinate training anymore, y'know? and the heat is great. and amazing.
