7:50 PM

Ran with PV's Wasatch Back guys again, but with an extra mile warm up and cool down running to and from the practice. We ran 5 one-mile repeats. There was probably somewhere between a half-mile and a mile of walking or mild jogging mixed in between the repeats, but they don't count for anything...

7:27 (mile warm-up) and 5:36 (.72 mile warm-up with team; 7:45 pace)

6:05, 6:02, 5:45, 5:45, 5:21 (the Garmin said that the last "mile" was actually only .92 or so, which put me around a 5:50 pace)

5:45 (.76 mile cool-down with team; 7:33 pace) and 7:26 (mile cool-down)

Hey I didn't know you had gotten a blog! Welcome to the blog, brother of mine. Hope you enjoy... :)

Btw, "naked" is without the watch, just so you know. And I hope that you don't die from the "protein shake" thing... I can't tell mom or dad anything, since they're in Hawaii right now. They left EARLY this morning. Samoa is awesome. Love you, bye.

Jon, good to hear you're out running. Keep those youngsters in line.

Ruthie - thanks for trying to talk to them anyway. I take the Garmin on basically every run, but I've been trying to just pace myself on my own on long runs - then hopefully it isn't too much of a surprise when I look at it when I'm done.

Holt - Thanks, how're the XC practices coming? As for keeping them in line - I'll try, but some of them keep beating me.
